Position Overview

We are seeking an analytical and outgoing In-store sales Associate to join our dynamic team in the NL market. The role will play a pivotal part in supporting our growing market operations to achieve commercial goals, particularly focusing on enhancing in-store app conversions, optimizing sales at the till, and driving overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive in-store app conversions, working closely with the commercial team to identify opportunities for improvement.

· Train and educate bar staff to effectively upsell products and provide excellent customer service at the till, transforming them into skilled salespeople.

· Ensure a clean and inviting sales area at the till, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization to enhance the overall customer experience.

· Develop and execute initiatives to increase sales of our regular juices & shakes.

· Drive sales of counter items and extra toppings.

· Collaborate with the commercial team to analyse sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive revenue growth.

· Report directly to the Business operations manager in NL, providing regular reporting updates on sales performance, initiatives, and areas for improvement.


What you've got

· Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate team members effectively.

· A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Role available 24-32hours

1650EUR-2150EUR Monthly Salary.

3-4 days Monday-Sunday
