As our Food Preparation Staff Member, you will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients for our juice, sandwiches and much more. In the process, you will have a great responsibility for controlling the stores' gross profit as well as compliance regarding our hygiene procedures.

Key responsibilities:

• Having an overview of how much should be prepped for our store on a day-to-day basis

• Being the key responsible of ensuring that all food items are prepared on a day-to-day basis

• Rotating stock according to established procedures (FIFO)

• Keeping the kitchen environment clean and tidy

• Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules and schedules

Hourly rate: from 15,18eur hourly, inclusive of holiday allowance
